Almost all of the stuff about your truck, manual trans or auto? In my opinion, first get a good fuel pump(FASS or Airdog) then get an Edge Juice with Attitude so you can have more power and have gauges all in one.

Hey Joey, Someone gave me some good advice once. If you can't afford (monetarily or otherwise) to fix your truck, you should leave it alone. Of course I didn't listen.

1. fuel pressure guage 2. replace lift pump with an aftermarket one suck as a fass, airdog, or raptor. Then you can straight pipe it and add some other junk to it..

1.gauges - egt, fuel pressure, boost, tranny temp
2. fuel pump upgrade of some kind - FASS, Glacier, holley blue etc
3. exhaust - 4" minimum,
4. intake - BHAF-Amsoil, AFE, etc
5. injectors - Mach 1.6, RV275
6. electronics - Smarty, Edge, Quad, could be moved up to #2/3
7. upgrade turbo
8. repeat #5 and #7 till you run out of $$$, time or are happy.

Don't neglect the Transmission. When you get up in power you will start to slip the stock transmission. Lots of reading on the forums on that topic.
I would definitely get the gauges one way or the other, especially fuel pressure. You don't want to have to put money into an injection pump if you don't have to.
I was like you, got here to the forum and was a newbie....I did a lot of reading and a lot of research. Just about any question you have has probably been answered a time or two on here already. Gain as much knowledge as you can so you are more confident with your truck and not as timid. If you are smart on your upgrades and the order you won't "mess up" your truck. Just my .02
