K&N cleaner/oil work for Airaid???

K&N cleaner/oil work for Airaid???
So my airaid intake needs a cleaning. I haven't gotten around to ordering a cleaning kit yet but do have a K&N kit laying around. Is this safe or do I need to wait till I get the airaid???

I think the cleaner is close to the same but im not sure on the Oil, i wouldnt Recomend it, seems like the Oil Is Thinner, I had problems with K&N Pulling oil into the turbo!

Yeah, I would assume the cleaner would be about the same...Anybody know for sure, about the oil????

I have a Airaid , and use K&N oil, also use Simple Green as a cleaner, use the oil because it is readily available at the local auto parts stores.
