Ed West's pull truck probably has the biggest set of Twins I've seen, his hybred top turbo is about the size of a HT3B(physical or maybe a tad bigger) and his second one is off of a stationary diesel and is a monster.

The twins on the last page has an hybrid turbo on the manifold also that has an HX60 compressor on it which is bigger than an HT3B. I'm not sure the size of the primary charger but it looks like a monster.

Horace,
that set of chargers on the last page is HUGE. The HX60 has been modified from what I understand. I think Mitchell or Scheids would have a bigger set on their "pulling" trucks, but I don't know for sure, as the guy that runs that system is crazy enough to try it anyways.

Also Horace, another little birdie tells me now that you have found a boost leak? :- That sucks, or blows depending on how you look at it! Now tell me, are you making this 70lbs WITH the boost leak, or is it something new? ???

Well the birdie was wrong about the injectors but right about the boost leak. I built a piece out of PVC to preasurize my intake system. I found such a big leak on the intake hat that I couldn't preasurize the system even with a 3hp gas compressor, it was that big of a leak. Yes I am still hitting 70psi with the leak. I will fix it this week then I will see where my boost is at then.

 

I have a "kit" in the works for pressurizing, and testing the I/C. Probably be coming out in Early November.

Horace,, That sounds pretty bad. Was it a crack? Blown gasket? A space time continuim? Alien Vortex?

BTW,, Dropped the tranny out of my 4by Sat. night. Snapped input shaft. I get to R&R the shaft, and install the tranny Monday night! Whoo-Hoo : That thing is heavy,, maybe we shouldn't have dropped t-case, and all?

Well, in a little bit, after an oil change for a friend, I get to R&R The input shaft, then bolt it all back up.

Well, Just in case you are curios, an HX-40 and a 3B is more than enough to break stuff.

I just cracked my Transfer case last night doing some 30PSI launches with my 36x14.5 Mickey Thompsons on the street.

I have an aluminum welder coming by tomorow to weld her up. I don't think it'll hold. So if anybody wants a used T-Case with a welded crack, that will work great for near stock trucks, I've got one for cheap.

I have some plans for the T-Case, and it won't involve the words, "New Process".
