Issues with O-ringing a head

Well I can't find anybody around this area that can O-ring a head, and I really dont know if I can ship it off and wait on it. Are there any other options? Does anybody carry heads that are already O-ringed that swaps a factory head? Thanks for any input, Im stumped.

give these boys time to respond and im SURE you will find someone with in hour or two from you who does them. lots of guys in texas are modding trucks...someone has to do some head work

good luck

PS- try shipping that head...its hard for 2 guys to lift and carry, so i know it will cost a fortune for you ship. its at least 160lbs if not more

I thought about that, but figured it might be kinda expensive so I might just send him the head, anybody know the turnaround on getting this done?

And Thanks guys, any options or ideas are appreciated!

We can normally have the head back on its way to you in about 1 day.... We also have a very limited supply of Brand New Cummins 24v Heads. I was just lucky enough to come across a few and bought all available.

ummmm you look for someone who will be nice and give you the cutting specs:
groove dept, wire size,
and someone with a cnc milling machine (or somthing like that) ive been told.

A guy on the internet, gave me all the details on how to do it, so i could take it to a shop near me,

but dang, cant forgive myself for accidently deleting the PM's cuz of full PM storage.

anyone else with info on how to do it?
