I have an 02 2500 QC 4x4, I am about to get an exhaust (probably MBRP, unless someone has a better suggestion). I have looked at new intercoolers or intercooler options and it seems that the only options are for 03 and newer. Does anyone know of options for us 02 people?

You won't need an upgraded intercooler for another 400hp or another 40psi, whichever comes first..

 

What are you trying to do ?there are tons of options for 24v second gens.

haisley machine also sales an innercooler. i would do other things right now than replace an innercooler, there are no performance gains and the stock one can hold 50psi of boost

 

I just read on here somewhere that you should clean the fins on the intercooler once in a while. What do you do, just spray some degreaser in there? The intercooler is the radiator thing that is visible and reachable through the front bumper, correct? Mine had something hit it, probably my knee, have to bend some of the fins back straight.
