Installing Pyro??

what are the steps used for puttin in a pyrometer??? mine had it when i bought it, i am gonna upgrade and i'd like to upgrade the pyro, what are the necessary steps in installing it to the diesels??

Just drill and tap the manifold, hook the probe to the gauge, and hook the gauge up to power and there you go.

Yeah you need to put it on the exhaust manifold and not the down pipe. If you look at the exhaust manifold where it attaches to the turbo....there is a line that runs down the center......you want to drill on the side closest to the firewall and NOT in the center. This gives you better readings.
