You've got a 0 plate in a truck with a 215 pump and are only seeing 1100*? I'm impressed. Where is your pyrometer probe located?

get the governor springs too and yes you have to use a boost elbow or disable the wastegate .Oddly your temps are very low for only 18psi burning that fuel.Where did you tap for the pyro? The gsk will wake it up alot more than you would think.I have a o plate and 4k kit ,thats it and I can bury my pyro easily at 40 psi

Check your governor arm & make sure its not going under the plate. With a 215 pump & stock turbo you should be able to hit 1500 & 35 lb of boost.

Pyro is in the a lil off center towards rear 3 cylinders on the exhaust manifold pre turbo. I am curious just unplugging the wastegate line from the AFC and plugging it up would that work? I am still wondering bout stopping the wastegate? How do you do it?

I can only dream about 1100. #0 plate, star wheel all the way and waste gate blocked I can easily pull 30#'s and 1600+. Last time I had the boat hooked up (3500#'s) I had to fight to keep it at 1400.

only 18lbs... you just need to block the line to the waste gate. And ya there is definatly something funning going on, with a #0 plate and your 215 pump, your motor should be swimming in fuel and about as hot as a firecracker at only 18psi. Is it making clouds of black smoke at WOT?

Well, if the AFC works it will limit the amount of fuel the pump delivers- it should keep the arm from touching the plate even.
I'd suggest verifying the pyro and the boost gauge, tweaking the AFC and a 3K GSK.
It should be much hotter then-- and ask for a 2nd turbo to get enough air in

Im going to clamp off the AFC line totally right at the pump and see what happens my boost line for the guage is plumbed in up by the firewall into the line from the wastegate to the AFC housing so hoppefully that will still work. The gauges seem to be working porperly and no I am not getting a ton of fuel cause he smoke is more of a haze everywhere before when I had the AFC gutted it would roll smoke like crazy with no power no I got power till about 30MPH and it falls on it faces very little smoke.

won't clamping the line going to the afc cause your foot to not move? You need to block the wastegate not afc signal.

Disconnect the signal line to your wastegate, and plug it. There should be a rubber line near the actuator, thats where I'd disconnect it. If you leave it open, you'll have a boost leak, and your AFC still won't move properly.
