Installation on new injectors
Re:Installation on new injectors
Injectors are cake. Follow these steps that I downloaded from my unlimited data base... called my head :
:
- Remove your valve cover and intake
- then proceed to removing the old injectors and ALL injector lines
Be patient when removing the injectors cause theyre probly gonna be pretty stuck >
.
- After getting the old injectors out of the way clean out the holes real good with a wire brush and some compressed air to get all that built up junk out.
- Torque your new injectors properly and connect the injector lines (be sure you tighten sufficiently.. those are high pressure lines
)
- MOST IMPORTANTLY... start truck, drive, and MASH IT ;D
;D
BTW: a 3/4 in. crowsfoot wrench will come in real handy in those tight places
Good Luck
Wheels
