injectors
does any body out there know any thing about bully dog III injectors? i have a set but i don`t want to install them untill i get some info on them..... I now have stage II , but I have high EGT when I pull my trailer ( between SL and wendover 1300 deg. before I backed off at 65 mph) my trailer is 12500#. W / 275s I pull the trailer all day w/ no EGT issues ??? ??? ??? ???

johnh...There isn't anything such as cool injectors. If and when you install the larger injectors, more fuel=more power=more EGT's. Bully Dog stage #3's are pretty aggressive injectors for your altitude, and besides more power you will get more smoke. If you are still using a stock air box, I would sugguest you install a Scotty II air system, which has proven to reduce EGT's, especially while towing and under load. I would run the DD stage #2 with the Scotty II first, and see how the EGT's re-act. Just remmember, more fuel requires more air for proper operation, and Stage #3's just might put you while towing heavy loads in a worst situation regarding EGT's then you are now experiencing.<br>Steve
