My biggest question would be 'How many miles on the used injectors'?

If over 75,000 miles, I would look elsewhere. Mass produced injectors can show wear as early as 50,000 miles and IMO, can be badly worn at 100,000. Some last longer, but it's good PM to replace them.

they are my injectors that came out of my truck at 89,000 miles. I replaced them with ddp4's. They ran perfectly and have had fuel conditioner used since ive had the truck. I've personally never heard of anyone having an injector fail in a 12v or a 2nd gen 24v and I know of a couple 400k+ and one 600k+

Agreed! No offense intended! I made no mention of failures.... just refering to wear & tear, tendency to leak, variations in pop off pressures, etc. My source for this info is from someone that rebuilds injectors.

I too know many trucks with stock injectors at 200,000 miles +..... and when they change/replace injectors, they are amazed at how much better their trucks drive!

indeed-- failure is rare, but degraded performance is quite common as soon as 100k, depending on local fuel quality and filtration setup.
