I want power an lots of it.

Well I know Im getting a 24 valve, but what can I do to make the most power out of a single turbo? Lets keep in mind the truck will need to be streetable but Im not really caring on smoke. My 1st question is what is the largest injector on the streets...Mach 6? If so what kind od milege am I lookin at? Also Id like to know what is a large turbo that can handle lots of power that spools up quick...KSB-1? Computer wise, is it better to go with a TST box stacked with an Edge EZ, Edge Drag Comp, or another brand? I know the tranny (auto) will be me first step as well as head studs, o-rings, and a fuel system down the line. Im also looking at AFE for my air supply and 6 inch stacks for exhaust. Am I headed in the right direction? Thanks - Chris

If you want to run a mach 6 then your are gonna need twins. I like my edge comp but the TST/EZ combo is just as nice. As far as tranny goes, DTT is the only choice (though there are many others). Studs, ported head, cam, and injectors can all be ordered through Don M. For intake on a single turbo call Scotty up and order his scotty 2. Nothing compares. For a fuel system, either a FASS(electrical) or RASP(mechanical) pump with all new line from the tank to the injection pump. That combo there should put you well over 600rwhp which is enough to run deep into the 12's in the 1/4 mile with a 4x4.

Youre looking at something more like a B-1 or better for that amount of fuel, and i still doubt that you will be able to control the egt's, although nitrous or water injection would help.

I just happen to know where you can find a B1 w/wastegate for a pretty good price...PM me for details.

If you're gonna run that big an injector, you should have no trouble spooling this thing as long as you don't plan on towing... .

With Mach 6's...and going for max HP...the Full B-1, like that mentioned above, would be the way to go. It will take you to 600 hp....like no other.

You said you want streetable also. If you mean...drivable on the street...the above is the way to go. If you mean really good street manors, I would stop at closer to 500 hp. A full B-1 on an auto is slow to spool. Not a problem if you don't tow and you drive it carefully..light throttle, around town...but it is a compromise...in exchange for controlling EGT's at WOT.

Just my $.02

I'd go with an HX55 hybrid over a B1 if you're really going for max horsepower...
