K so with my 01 6 spd with the juice with attitude I'm only buildin 24-26 psi with a boost elbow during wot! and thats on level 5 .... and I used to have the K&N cold air intake ( before I found out how bad they are on a cummins ) with hard plastic pipe and everything and it didnt change my boost either... and I've talked to guys with the same year truck with a 6 spd and there buildin between 32-34 psi!!!!! whats my problem? any help/advise is much appreciated

 

have you adjusted your boost elbow?

is your wire tapped well? sometimes the supplied connector doesnt work too well.

if youre concerned about a boost leak, pressurize the system and try to find the leak.

what kind of elevation are you at? when i used to live at 5200' i had a hard time getting the same boost others were seeing 'down below'.

every truck is a little different...if you dont have boost leaks, youve played around with the boost elbow, your wire is tapped well, and your EGTs are in check then dont worry about it.
