I need Info on Mods for a 95

Hello, I am currantly running a 93 CTD but I just bought a 95 to replace it, Can someone give me some info on what It will take to get 450 RWHP outta this Engine? Turbo Mods, What injectors, Do I have to buy a fuel plate or can I make that? ETC: I have the 93 at 450 RWHP W/Meth injection but I want 450 wo/Meth injection and then Want the Kick of the Meth on top of that. What about HEad Studs/gaskets. Am I gonna be safe Stock or do I need Studs w/the power I am after?
Any help/pointers are appreciated

Also I have to Turn the Exhaust manifold Upside down and mount the Turbo on top to make room for my AC, Is there gonna be a problem w/this engine verses the 93? Should be that same setup right?
Thanks in advance

The '95 will drop right in. Just swap your current turbo/manifold/oil drain setup onto the '95. You will have to rework the cold pipe from the intercooler some or reuse your current intake hat. The '95 unit is bigger and comes in at a different angle. You can grind your own plate, there are several threads on that. Your current turbo will work pretty well for playtime use. Get 370 injectors, cut delivery valves, a 4k GSK and HD valve springs, set the timing to 18 degrees or so and you should be close to your goal.

What he said...but the P-pump will probably run a bit hotter than the VE because of the static timing!

I'm running stock injectors, and twins, but I should be close to those number If my timing was where it should be, I'd be really good

Good Luck,
Chris

Thanks for the info guys, One thing I am gonna do is Ditch the first gen IC and put a Super Duty Powerstroke IC in, That should help some on EGTs. Dave you lost me on some of the stuff you mentioned, Dont know what a 4K GSK is and Delivery Springs, I assume the delivery springs are in the pump?

Will the SD Intercooler handle the boost?? Most of them were plastic endtanks, weren't they?

4K GSK = 4,000 RPM Governor Springs
Laser Cut Delivery Valves = Feed Large Injectors --> HUGE FUELING

I can dig up a diagram of the pump to show the DV's if you'd like

I would use the metal Tank Unit as i have several of them since thats what I do It will handle the Boost no Prob, My Stroker Makes 50psi and Its a Super Duty unit. I thought the GSK was the Gov springs But Didnt know for sure.
