I broke it.

14 psi launch = POP. I went over to my buddies house to hang out with him and his family yesterday and I took him for a ride because he hasn't been in my truck since I installed my injectors and got my Suncoast. Well we did an 8psi launch and a 14, but on the 14 as soon as I hit the go pedal and let off the break we hear a POP. I had Jeff install a laminated flex plate and billet input shaft.

So what do yall think broke? When you put it into park it makes this grinding clicking sound and if its in any gear it wont move an inch. I just got off the phone with Jeff and he is guessing it was the ouput shaft.

Yup, I agree.....

It is grinding in park because there is nothing holding the output shaft from turning (because it is in two peices)......just like throwing it in park with the transfer case in neutral.

Does anyone know where I can get a stock output shaft for cheap? I can't afford a billet one right now.

Edit: I just checked suncoasts website and they want 835 for there billet output shaft. I think I'm about to vomit.

Easy way to tell... you can push your truck with the gear selector in park if the output is broken. Use your parking brake for now!

Give Scott at Massdiesel a call, i guess he should have a few around, i know he kept mine, but i am not sure if he throws them out or not. You have done business with him before, so he might be able to hook you up with one for cheap.

Well I got it to Jeffs shop and he had 3 stock output shafts laying around, so he's gonna throw one of those in there. Hopefully that's all that broke. I REALLY wish I could afford a billet one, but at this moment I can't. This is going to be part of my Christmas preasent now.

Thanks for the input and help guys!
