Talking I am now a believer

I installed a set of mach 4's tonight in place of my jammer 4's. I now know why Mach's are talked up.
I now have a huge gain in bottom end out of the hole power with little smoke, instant throttle response, instant spoolup, cooler wot egts, and instant grin from ear to ear.
I think I'm finally happy with my truck.
The jammers are an excellent injector but the Machs seem to be what the truck needed.
Tomorrow maybe Ill try it with the comp turned on.

My jammers were set up in 04 by baker diesel in Ogden Utah. They did an excellent job with them. I don't think I had a bad set, the machs just run better in my truck.

Just put Jammer 4's in. I was starting to have a intermitent warm hard start and I think the higher pop pressure has made it more noticable. I only have about 500 miles so far. For the price difference I am happy with them at this point. We'll see when I get a new VP and a box.

Why did you have to go and do that. I am happy with the stage 3's and now you go and put that doubt in my head. This is going to cost me.

jammers dont increase the pop preassure above the stock preassure.....it the nozzle was worn before it will increase back up to the stock preassure but will never increase unless you change the shims in it

I replaced injectors that had an unknown milage on them. Somewhere between 156K and 98K when I got the truck. Either way I'm sure they were lower. I've checked all other mods that I did while the truck was apart and they checked normal. The new injectors are the only thing I could relate to the sudden change. Unless it had to do with the three weeks of not running.

Sorry to steal the thread guys.

Also remember the Mach 4's (150hp) are a little bigger than the Jammer 4's (125hp) you replaced...
