So you are running on the HTT wastegate? What is the setpoint?

I found with the lower boost, the temp was up on the high RPM.. where with the HX it didn't make a difference on the EGT.

Mine barks when I let off fast with higher than 20psi boost. It is the most sensitive to barking when the boost is on the way up when you let off. If I let the boost pressure stabilize before letting off it is much less sensitive.

I know my 62/12 barks bad if I'm not thinking about letting off slowly. Heck, with the TST on the higher levels even if I try letting off slowly it'll shutter the pump and bark the turbo.

With the S300 I am finding that with higher boost, it does cool better at higher RPM, meaning its flowing better on the exhaust side. The HX, once you were past the 33 to 35 psi mark, the EGT's didn't come down at all with boost up to 38 psi. Seems the more boost I give the S300, the cooler I can run at WOT bursts. Sounds logical enough, but the HX just gets hot the more boost you try and get from it.

I think that it also has to do with the comperssor wheel. After a certain point they just don't cool anymore. After some testing with my stocker I found that after 32psi, they egt stayed the same. I put the hybrid compressor on keeping the same exaust side and found that with it 36psi was the point where the egt would not come down further.
