Will an ht4b or an hx60 bolt up as the bottom charger to replace an ht3b in an already existing twin turbo set up or will the piping need to be modified to make the switch

What turbine foot flange are the turbo? The 3b spins in the opposite direction from typical. The 3B has a near T-06 foot flange, but the holes are slightly off the T-06 flange. I just buy the T-06 flange and drill my own bolt holes. From my memory, the 4B is one big turbo. The HX-60 is slightly smaller than the 3b. Depends on which secondary turbo you using, and how the truck is set-up on how I would choose a primary turbo.
