How will injectors effect EGT?

My HO was stock except for an Edge EZ. This winter I purchased gauges and 275 injectors. I didn't want to install either until warmer weather. Last week I put the guages in. I decided to observe the guages with the stock HO injectors (and EZ) before installing the 275s. The boost peaks at about 27 lbs as expected, however I was surprised that the EGT would hit 1200 under maximum excelleration by 90 MPH (no load). What will happen when I install the 275 injectors? Will the EGT be higher because it is producing more power, or lower because the boost increases? I am worried that I will have an EGT problem when pulling my 12,000 # horse trailer. Have I already slipped hopelessly over the BOMBing precipice? I had planned on stopping here, thinking any more would require exhaust, turbo, clutch, etc.....

With my HO, here are the preturbo EGT's and boost pressures seen towing our 13,500 lb 5th wheel:

Stock - 1300 degF @ 21 PSIG

EZ with elbow, BHAF, 4" exhaust, stock injectors - 1100 degF @ 30 PSIG

EZ with elbow, BHAF, 4" exhaust, DD2 injectors - 1225 degF @ 34 PSIG

More fuel = more drive energy for the turbo, but also more heat! With the stock HX35W-12 turbo, EGT will climb faster than boost.

By the way, my stock clutch never slipped with the EZ until I put the DD2s in. The same day the injectors went in, my wife slipped the stock clutch running empty by nailing the throttle at 1800 RPM in 5th gear.

I'd highly recommend a new intake of some sort (the scotty 2 is the best IMO) and at least putting a free flowing muffler on there. That should help with the EGT's some.

The more fuel, the more heat. If you are truly concerned about those EGT's, that new AFE Stage 2 looks VERY intresting.
