Angry How not to Defuel

Ok heres the deal
At WOT my truck shifts arround 3100 but defuels rapidly from 2700 on (boost drops from 50 to 30psi) so Piers let me try one of his Drag Comps and it was better but not much? Maybe gained 100-150 more rpm to 2800 or so but still could notice a rapid defuel and boost dropped about 15psi between shifts Does anyone else have this problem?

A redline box or a MAD ECM.

Looked back through all my dyno Sheets...back to 2 yrs ago @ 312 hp. They all show maintaining HP max level up to 3100 rpm.

Yeah most people I have talked to say the same?
I'm not sure what the problem is with mine, it must be a function of the ECM but I cant seem to figure out why? Maybe Marco will have some insight on this?

Make sure it's a real Drag Comp. I was shipped a standard Comp instead of a Drag version. It really shows up in the dyno sheets. Also, you may be running out of airflow with your head/cam combo?

My drag comp fuels clear to 3200, when it is set to level 4 or 5. On 3 or lower it defuels at about 2700. It really shows up on the dyno. When I had a standard comp it would defuel on all levels.

On a different note, you would be better off to put a 3-4 switch, so you can get it to ship before 3200.

I'm not sure on the 3-4 switch, I'm a manual guy. I suspect he's referring to a lockup, but I dunno. The Drag Comp fuels from 2700-3200 where the Comp defuels. If you look at the following dyno sheet, you'll see where it gets choppy from the Comp cutting fuel after ~2700. Needless to say I was very unhappy with Edge (until they replaced mine free of charge in 7 days)

Who has that MAD ECM? I tried searching on here, but 3 letters is below the minimum search length and cannot find anything on it. I'm researching boxes now.

Brandon what is the best 1/4 mile time you have run, our trucks are both 5-speeds but you have 175hp more than me, I have never run the 1/4 before but I would lkike to figure out where i would run I am guessing low 15's maybe high 14's. Can you feel the differnce with the drag comp, being the rpm is higher does it hold boost better when shifting?
