How much timing does XZT+ do
Quad would have to tell you for sure, and timing is dynamically programmed into the XZT+ meaning that it depends on boost pressure, throttle position, intake air temp, and maybe load. Quad once told me that 24-25* when everything is at the optimal level for timing advancement. He also told me that they have tested higher levels and that 28-30* is no problem for these motors, but the clatter/timing racket would scare away any would be customer.
Cruising down the highway with 5 psi boost probably 18-20*. BTW, most companies don't even measure in timing*, they measure in crank angle.
This is from memory so take it for what it's worth!
