Well, Dave I feel as though you will be bored in no time at all with the RV275's. I know I was. That was a real waste of time for me... I did not even have them in 2 months and I was bored. If you are going to go through the work of chaning them, make it worthwhile. On a ETC engine like yours, they are lucky to give you 40 HP... Get the 80 HP injectors.. You will be much more happy. If the clutch starts to slip, cut the VA box back thats all.

I had a TST PM3 COMP that I ALLWAYS ran on 9 with theRV 275's. After I was done playing games with the RV 275's, I put in a set of EDM 155 HP nozzles... The truck is way faster now with the TST on 0. Put it on 9 and ...

The gasser guys have a saying "there is no substitute for cubic inches" well in our case there is NO substitute for BIG injectors!!!!

I have DDII's and a Edge Comp. I have had no problems with the clutch, but I have not gone above 1x5. I have not tried the higher power settings because of my fear that I would roast the clutch. I keep wanting to, but I don't want to do it until I get a clutch. I am real surprised I have been able to get 150,000 + miles out of the original clutch. I am not sure about the VA box, but I would think you could go with some 80 horse or so injectors.

Wow, 10 minutes after hooking everything up I would be on 5x5. You have amazing restraint. Which is exactly why I traded the comp for an ez just to save the new stock clutch I put in.

I like the ez/275 combo, nice towing power, no high temps and easy on everything.
