I am planning on building my truck next summer. I would like to have at least 600 HP. I was planning on installing an Airdog 150, replacing the power Puck with a comp, ARP head studs, and gauges. I just don't know what injectors and Turbo set up I will need. What other mods will I need to do? If it is possible I would like too be able too tow heavy loads with it. I mostly pull my bass boat but have rolled across the scales @ over 25,000 lbs. Before hauling farm equipment. Any info would help, the more specific the better. Thanks!

2001 2500, built auto. Tranny, 3" straight pipe w/ 6" stacks, silencer ring MIA, HBAF, Diablo Power Puck, and Smarty

 

some 240's and BD twins since you tow.

 

If you want to make 600hp AND use it for towing heavy as well you had better put 2 turbo's on your grocery list = twins. You will also find out if your "built auto tranny" in your sig is any good or just the next weak link.

 

Any more sugestions. Which turbos do you suggest. And please be specific, I am not up to date on injector and Turbo lingo. For instance, I don't know what 240's are. Thanks!

 

Better sit down and do some searching on the forums and educate yourself first. Don't go into this blind and blindly following peoples advice, it'll be an expensive lesson.
