How Do I block off my waste gate?
I have two CTD's and I would like to tune them up a little with out spending much money. I have heard of tweaking the wastegate so it stays shut, how exactly is that done. also where is the cheapest place to pick up two sets of things like GSK kits and # 10 fuel plates?

If and when you get the plate kit, they should have boost elbows with them to take care of the wastegate opening pressures.
Just blocking them off with stock fueling doesn't do anything as far as power is concerned.
