How about a blue chip box?

A friend of mine is selling his '02 dodge to get a '05 and has offered to sell me his blue chip box for cheap. What is the overall opinion on the blue chip line of boxes? I owned one briefly back in '00 before I sold the truck but I do not remember much about it.

It is the APB box with the adjustment ****. I believe it puts out 85 hp at the rear wheels

If I decide to purchase the box it will be sitting on my shelf until I figure out which pusher pump to buy and how to rig it up.

I had the premium FMS box stacked w/ an older Van Aaken timing box & set of 275's on my 01' 3500 6 spd. & loved it, I did end up putting on a pusher pump kit from Piers (awesome kit in my opinion) it fixed my "Low Fuel Pressure" warning light on the FMS i'd look into Piers' kit very straight forward & easy to install. don't know much about the smaller Blue Chip box, but I had really great luck, as well as power, with the FMS.

I run the Diesel Dynamics pusher pump kit, same results. Easy install, all parts were there, great service every time I work with DD. Most of the kits are pretty close, right? Probably save some money if you put it together on your own, I just like the kit being all inclusive.
I also like having two pumps, just for redundancy!

Those Blue Chip boxes are terrible! YOU don't want to get anywhere near it, but I'D be willing to take it off his hands for a small disposal fee....
