It looks really sweet. I think this is something a lot of people wanted to do but nobody had the guts to do it. Right on man.

Looks really good, and sounds awesome!

I've been trying to read up on my Exhaust Laws here in Ontario Canada so that I can fiddle around with my exhaust

Thanks for all the positive remarks on the truck. Tires are 285/75 R16. Really I'm not trying to build a radical truck, just something reliable and dependable with a bit of power. So most my mods right now are things like DSS, Track Bar, Upgraded brakes, etc... Maybe someday I'll do a little turbo upgrade.

I think I need me some 2" lift coil springs for my front end than, because that truck looks gooooood up front. I've already got the 285's!

That thing looks and sounds awesome! There is a girl here in Calallen that has a '96 4x4 with a 6" stack coming out of the hood. She said she didn't have any problems getting it inspected or problems with the fuzz. Love it, looks great! GetRDone!

Do it! BTW on my last two tanks of diesel I've noticed my mileage is a bit better than usual. Any reason it could be the stack or is it just my head?

Probably could be the stack... Maybe you're keeping your foot out of it because the sound changed a little...

Looks mean i like it. And there is a second gen running around here that's clean with a hood stack. But were a bunch of rednecks and there is ton of bad-edit dodges around my part. Alot of local pullers and a few really high hp trucks too.

This is one thing that makes me a bit hesitant about the stack - this is a stock turbo truck. Don't get me wrong, I love the looks, sound etc... but I feel a bit like a poser running the hoodstack on a stock turbo truck. I need to get a turbo (or two) under the hood that backs' up the stack.

Unfortunatly I'm getting married in 6 months so spending ~$1k on a turbo or two just isn't an option.

Cool

most cops in tx. dont care much about diesel smoke! or stuff like that. that hood stack is rad! but IMO i would drop it down about 4 inches like the sled pullers have it!!
