Holley Blue wiring question... Relay???

I've been running the holley blue setup for a while... I've got it mounted on the frame in front of the tank. One line run to the stock suction line at the tank (top) and the other to my factory fuel filter. Then, factory piping to the VP. Any way, I made a Deutch plug at work and wired it to the holley so that the Deutch plug will plug into the factory lift pump connector and it seems to be working fine, but I got to thinking... The FASS system uses a plug there but "I THINK" (if I remember right) that they also use a relay somewhere too.?..?
My question is: Will it be ok the way I have it wired?? Or do I need to have a relay on there too???

I'm running my holley off of a 30 amp relay that is triggered by the stock lift pump harness. Been working that way for the last 2 years without any problems what so ever.

I'm running a Blue in the stock location and wired to the stock electrical connector. It's worked fine for two years. Fuel pressure is always 8 WOT and 12 normal. Pressure only drops on cold mornings when the grids cycle and volts drop to 8 or 10.

This is how I wired mine also. I had originally thought about T-ing into the factory transfer pump wiring because I assumed that it's power came from a relay. WRONG! The power for the transfer pump comes directly out of the Engine Control Module! So, I didn't feel like seeing how many amps the Module could (or couldn't!) provide and used it to energize a 30 amp relay instead.

Me too.
i am running a relay triggered off of the stock LP wire. This way the Holley gets full voltage from the battery, not what's left over from the stock LP hot wire.
