could anyone tell me if this tire/wheel setup will work on my truck without rubbing....the wheels are pro comp alloys 8179 17x9,the backspacing is 4.75 and the offset is -6 mm, and the tires are Nitto terra grappler 285/70R17

 

yeah they will i have 285/70/17's on my truck with a 17x8 ultra wheel and they dont rub at all

Looks like a great setup, I will probably go with something similar when my bfgs wear out on the 98. Let us know how they work out, and take some pics!

 

heres another ? will a 0 offset with a 5.00 backspacing on a 17x9 work with a 285/70R17?
