Help me with fuel plate differences

Hey guys, quick question for those of you that know a lot about fuel plates:

Can someone post the clear differences between a #10, #100 and #0 plate?

Like what EGTs you will see, how much power/torque increase, how it "feels" when you step on the gas, etc.

Thanks!
