Help me decide, Sport front end or custom bumpers?

I'm trying to figure out if I would rather install a sport bumper/grille on my truck or just build some custom bumpers. Can you guys throw some pics of sport frontends & custom bumpers my way?

I want the sport grill and bumper myself. But than I am trying to de-chrome the truck. Course with custom bumpers you can color match the truck easily.

I'm thinking the custom bumpers may be the way to go, but I'm also worried about weight for sledpulling. Right now, I am at 8000lbs if I don't remove my tool box.

I personally like the sport look. Some of the ranch bumpers look gaudy to me. Also at one of the pulls around my area you have to have the stock bumper in place, but can have weight brackets. Kinda BS to me but Id go for the sport look....

Just go cheaper than both and throw a street scenes front bumper cover and a roll pan on it.

I'd dont know about you but i have to dodge deer on a regular occasion, so i would go Custom front bumper so you can just ram the deer when they jump into your way.

With that Orange you have chosen, the sport look will be quite dramatic.......

I agree with Patdaly, I think it would look killer with a sport front end.

I like a bit of BOTH! (like Blacksilver said).
I got backed into by an 18 wheeler at a fuel stop. He could not have been going 2 mph and wiped out my whole stock front end.
I went with a matching painted (instead of chrome) grill and flat black honeycomb.
Then I added some protection with a stout front bumper and bullbar.
Since you asked for pics......

If you are worried about the weight than a bumper like above made out of aluminum would be much lighter than a steel bumper. Plus you could always get it powder coated or painted if you want.

I personally think most all aftermarket and just about every custom front bumper I've seen looks like the truck has been driven through a playground and gotten a jungle-gym or two lodged on the front end. I'd go with the Sport bumper/grille.

Not sure but doesn't the Sport Front end use a different hood also?

Nope, the Sport front end is headlights, bumper, and grille.
