My edge screen and the dash read zero.... I it still has pressure on a mechanical gauge i just hooped up. I think it is the oil pressure sender part number 5012991AD but the dealer wants 221 for the part. Who has chaned it out before? How hard? Where is it at? I think Cummins part # 4921511 is the same one from what i have been told and it is 90??? Where can i order this part from. Thanks this is important it is my daily driver to and from work.

cummins cal pacific is the place to get parts . if its a dealer only item then. for your engine then i only get it at cummins! are you in l.a. proper? or a surrounding city.
there is one in montebello, irvine, bloomington, and ventura.

if not plenty of places online can get you. there

im sure someone has ordered one online, etc.

I live in downtown LA. Which one of those is the closest? Do you have a number or a web page for them. This is the first part i have needed for this truck. thanks

The Edge Juice/Attitude gets it's oil pressure from the ECM. Do you have any codes? If the ECM doesn't read oil pressure it will throw a code.

No codes just no oil pressure. Had a buddy at a doge dealer I know look at it and he says it is that sensor but he is not a tech. His friend that is looked at it but would not tell us more about where it was or how to change it. Said he could loose his job

I use the Cummins Cal Pacific dealer in Irvine 949-253-6000 because you can place an order by phone and they will ship it to you. To order parts, you'll need your engine serial number, not the CPL number, which is in your metal tag on your timing cover. There may be other dealers closer to you, give them a call.

Scheid Diesel also has Cummins parts, I think they want $90 for the oil press sensor. Look at this link:

Don't ever go to a Dodge dealer for Cummins parts, they will more than double the price.
