Its pretty easy job, its just lots of work. A couple hints is that the back near the firewall, there are several pushrods that will only come out if you take out the plastic plugs in the firewall. Number your push-rods and rocker arms. Try to make sure that they go back together the same way that they came apart. Number your injector lines and try to remember how they come off. They are kinda tangled up and reminded me of a chinse puzzle. When removing the head, unbolt the fuel return banjo on the back of the head. If your gonna o-ring the head, you should also get some head studs. Clean-up the engine block really good, I used a buffer wheel on my grinder. You might want to buy a truck service manual as your gonna have to prime the injectors unstart-up. Torque the head-up to the manufacturer settings. Retorque the head in the morning before start-up as the gasket will compress over night. Do several re-torque before running any big boost numbers.

Justin give me a call if you run into problems. It is very straight forward but time consuming to do right. Have at least two other big guys or a cherry picker, that head is heavy and you have to be real careful with the o rings. Tim

It wont last. Mine last one outing. Not even 50 miles. I had a valve body and converter in mine. A couple 50psi runs, a stocker doesn't even have a chance.

The injector lines come off in 2 bundles. Don't separate all the individual lines. Just unbolt their brackets from the engine, and leave the brackets on the lines.
As was mentioned earlier, don't forget the fuel return line, it's a banjo fitting right dead center on the rear of the head. You can't see it, but it's there.
