im treating myself to a new "redneck cell phone" for x-mas. was wondering if anyone has any tips or pics on mounting a full size cb on the roof a 97 or somewhere around that year

 

why??? i guess you could screw it to the glasses holder info of the rear view mirror. just mount it a little under your cigar lighter. i have a cobra 29 mounted there.

 

You can buy cb mounts for our trucks from Geno's that put them in the upright position below the center console and in front of the seat.

 

I have a 5-speed manual, so i dont have the cup holders under the dash. Instead i had a cubby hole that I removed and installed the bracket for a cobra 29NW and it fits great. I can easily adjust it and see whats going on. I'll try to get pics soon.
