I don't know the 12v that well but you would want to put the gauge before the ppump. I see that you cleaned the injectors but what about getting them pop/flow tested? Did this all of a sudden happen? Did you change anything before problem? Have you checked for boost leaks? Have you checked to see if the fuel is bad? Have you looked at the p pump to see if anything has moved or came loose? I can't remember but do 12v have a cps (crank position sensor) if so check it. Any cel?

My bet is a loose boot on the intake, or leaky line to the AFC. Boost leak will do what you describe.

I was thinking that too, but wouldn't there still be smoke and more of it without the air to clean it up?

Depending on how tight the AFC is, it won't fuel at all. I put my HR 370's in my truck and forgot to tighten the airhorn clamp, and I couldn't smoke and couldn't get over 5 psi, and that is with 140+ hp injectors. A stiff pedal would be a give away to boost leak causing no AFC travel.

I has a 95 once for a couple of weeks (bought it to sell) anyway It blew the lower drv side intercooler tube clean off the boot, had the same symptoms, no power, I did not even notice that it had until I physically moved the tube and it came away in my hands

i had the same problem with my 94 engine. the afc actually froze internally, fought that problem for a month, then i just removed the afc lever and it came to life, still that way for now...
