You'd need an apaptor or new exhaust manifold to run it. T-4 flange.
They list it as a 700 hp turbo- a bit big for ya methinks.

The horsepower ratings garrett has on their website are usually ratings for gas powered vehicles.
The GT40 is more like a 500hp turbo.

A GT42 is more along the lines of a 600-700hp turbo on a diesel.

yeah the gt42 is more than im after . yeah i would guess the gt40 should support some were in the 500hp range . the set up other than that would be a comp or drag and a set of 150hp sticks . and a built auto .

PPE is putting them on duramaxes. Not that it matters to us, but it is being used in diesel applications currently.

The general rule of thumb when converting gasser HP turbo ratings is to multiply the gas rating by ~70% to get the diesel rating. Gasser rated 700hp 'charger flows ~70lb/min and this charger should support 450-500HP on a diesel.

For reference, a stock HX35 @ 21psi @ 120F IAT @ 3200rpm @ 350HP is producing roughly 55.36700035 lb/min.
