Question Governor Spring Kit determination

What's the best way to determine what gsk is installed? What kind of RPMs can I see with stock, 3k gsk, and 4k gsk?

The previous owner did some mods but I have no idea what, and neither does the dealer I purchased the truck from. There used to be gauges, but were removed so I can't see temps/boost. I can get to 2750-2800 rpm in 3d gear before the govenor seems to kick in (haven't tried to run the RPMs up that far in 4th/OD as I'd GREATLY exceed the posted speed limit.)

In the same vein, I have no idea what plate is installed. Haven't tried pulling the AFC to see...

Thanks!
Dave
