got to love the ranch hand rear bumper
So I am going to walmart last night to get some whole corn for my deer feeder and I stop to pull in to a parking spot and bam! I am hit from the back, so I get out and the 83 buick lebarin is crunched the hood and fenders are buckeled the doors will not evan open the radiator is leaking oil everyplace, not good for them. then I look at the dodge and the bed liner spay on the bumper is not even scratched, 6inch chrome tip not even dented no damage. Know how is that possible? got to love a good solid rear bumper. I think I am going to get one for the front now just to be safe. I think a 3 rear lift helped some also so the car kind of went under me.

same reason that i dont remove mine.. Mine are mexican made, i think before ranchhand even got big, But i have been hit myself, while my truck was parked in school and i was idling waiting for it to cool off, i wouldnt trade them for anything now. I didnt like my full replacement front and ALMOST got rid of it.. now.. well i just think differently now....

That's not a Ranch Hand. Sorry, Don't mean to sound like a snob...I have heard good things about the "Tough Country" brand also.
Some say the Ranch Hand's are not what they use to be (What is?) but they are built tougher than most I have seen.
Glad to hear yours got the job done when needed!

i pontiac slammed my brother's half ton dodge in the rear, and it barely dented the bumber, but it bent his exhaust ( because they are rear exit). it pretty much destroyed the front of the car.

That's awesome shoe
I once caused a 5 car pile up with my 82 Grand Wagoneer and didn't get a scratch on her, but totalled the car and truck that came up behind me
