Thanks to the help of Hump's Exhaust Works, I replaced my muffler with some 5'' flexpipe. WOW WOW WOW WOW!! She will talk to ya now. All of a sudden my windows are permanently stuck open and my radio doesnt seem to turn on. If any one has any doubts wheter or not to straight pipe their rig, you will regret it if u dont. And I love all the dirty looks I get from the yuppies and city slickers in my area when I roar down Main Street!

 

i am using the muffler that came with my 5". i like it. at idle it isn't noticeable. i bet without the muffler it would sound pretty viscious!

 

Ima tell ya what hoss, it is very viscious when u take that huge muffler and replace it with flex or hard pipe, especially around 1000 to 1500 rpm, it sounds like a road tractor!

 

Just where is this Hump's Exhaust Works located??
