Talking Good Injectors

Ok I'm new here but I've been looking at ya'lls threads and decided to join. Ok so I know that the amout of smoke you produce has do do with the way you drive. I was wanting to know what would be the best injectors for my truck? I would preferablly want it to SMOKE LIKE A FRAIGHT TRAIN!!! AND I would like to produce around 500-550hp if possiable. Thanks for your input

i myself am running the bosch 370's, and i love them. i havent been on the dyno, but i think im making about 540-600 hp. For a smoke rating on them, i would say that they are about a 15 on a scale of 1-10. i cam shut down roads, intersections, and the best is, with mine being as high as it is, it sits right in the window of the lil' beastards with the lowered rice "monsters" while in traffic. nothing better to me then have them spouting off at the mouth, and then fill the entire car with the thickest black smoke, and then watch them pull off the road, and have to let the car air out.

once you get that turbo you should be fine with those injectors.. and if i recall correctly that Edge box hooks into the map sensor.. so you should be able to disconnect that.. and you'll smoke a ton more. but that could just be with the comp/drag boxes..

First off your gonna need a tranny BAD. A mach 6 is a 220hp injector. Also the turbo you are getting is going to be as small as you can go, especially if you plan on racing. Am I right???

I have some 150hp mass diesel edm'd injectors and a comp, with the comp on 5x5 I can kill birds or any other thing that might be flying above my stacks EASILY......

Edited.........

m 6's are a 220 hp injector. Put these with a edge comp with the map sensor unpluged with a sps 64 or a silver bullet and youve got one heck of a smoke train and a power house

Thanks. How reliable would it be to run the mach 6 or 5 on a daily driver? This is my only truck. Do ya'll have any idea what kind of hp I would be seeing running these?

they have a guy on here running m5's with your setup, i talked to him and he said its alittle toastier than he would like but its controllable. you will be happier with the m4's IMO.

heres the pm quote from elandon1201:
I have the 14cm Housing I can hit 1500 degrees still but not nearly as easily as I could before with dd2's and stock charger. I would suggest MACH4's before MACH5's though, I am thinking about stepping back to 4's.

2001 2500 Sport QC LB 4X4 - ATS STAGE 5,MACH 5's,SPS62, II HRVP44,HOT JUICE WITH ATTITUDE,FASS,FS-2500,5" EXHAUST,AFE STAGE 2

7/22/06 Dyno 564HP 1095TQ on #2
614HP 1200TQ with a little shot
this is elandon1201 truck , i hope he dosent mind.

this should help with your decision, you should be fine considering hes running the HOT JUICE.
good luck, brian.
this is off a similar thread a day ago or so. i think 5's or 6's would be too much heat wise for that turbo. youd probably be better off with 4's or 4.5's.

What about the mach 5s and a water/methanol?? Most of the time I run on stage 1 on the edge, but I like to spank the little rice burners.

reread my post that guy has the turbo you want w/ 5's and hot juice, so you would probably be able ok with w/m.

nevermind go for it you could always add a B2/s400 under that 62/14 and have a mean twin turbo setup, but then you probably want bigger stix again.
