Gone and done it

Finally got around to ordering my gauges (Fuel/Tranny/Pryo/Boost) and everything necessary to install them from www.dieselperformanceparts.com. Any install tips? Boost & Pryo is a no brainer. Tranny will be monitored from the line going to the cooler. Fuel is a question, not real sure about the banjo bolt thing. Edge EZ is the only power upgrade planned. TC & Valve body only if necessary. Got a muscle car to tear up, not my tow vehicle.

Check out Moose10's pics Click here , he has pics of the fittings he used to hook up his fuel pressure gauge. The tapped banjo bolt plugs into the bottom of the fuel filter assembly and lets you hook up your F/P gauge.

On your 01 you can use a tapped banjo on the bottom port of the filter housing. Post filter psi.

I noticed high flow banjo bolts in your sigs, when does that become necessary? Or is it just a good idea to have to start with?

Even stock trucks would benefit from larger fuel lines. Why they(DC) used these banjo bolts is beyond me. The larger drilled out banjo bolts will work till the warranty runs out then go with something like the Scotty Smart Fuel system.
