Gauge mount question
Re:Gauge mount question
Gary,
It's called Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating. I got the 16.5 oz. spray can. I think it is available in quarts too. It is back in the automotive section in our Walmart. I used it on my rear bumper as well as the dash pod. They have it in several colors but I got the black. If you use it for exterior applications be sure to use a good primer first. I didn't and it is starting to rust after three months.

Re:Gauge mount question
I put the pyro and boost gauge in a two gauge pillar mount and mounted a Nordskog digital FP gauge on the side of my floor console. I don't look at the FP gauge more than once or twice a day, and the digital is easy to read from that distance. In fact, right now it is showing between 10 and 12 psig from the 13 to 15 psig when I installed it with a new lift pump. Looks like it is almost time for a another trip to Cummins Southern Plains to get a new lift pump. :'(<br><br>If spending more money gives more comfort, I think S.P.A. makes a backlit digital gauge. They also have dual display gauges so you can read four parameters with a two gauge installation. Geno's has them.
