Fueling and Turbo needed for 700 to 800HP

just got a 97 auto and was wondering what turbo for a single and what injectors would be needed to get 700 to 800 hp on fuel only. This truck will not be a daily driver it will be for sled pulling and drag racing only but i would still like to goto town and mess with the punks in town with it. I already have a 12mm pump that is flowing 650cc's. I was thinking of a K31 from industrial for my charger. I will have a HD cam and HD springs and pushrods. Injectors i have no idea yet. Thanks,Cody

You need a silver bullet and 2 stages of nitrous for street driven single turbo 700 HP. 12 valves do not drive well on the street with huge single turbos and lots of fuel unless they have extensive port work, aftermarket cam, and free flowing intercooler like water to air cooler or similar.

Twin turbos are the answer to street driving, but 800HP is pushing it for any 12 valve. You could perfectly tune it, take it out on a hot muggy day and have a smoky 500 HP. Then a week later when the temp drops and humidity is down and throw down 700 HP. Dynamic electric tuning found on 24 valves is hard to beat for street driving.

check out the Garrett GT45 turbos or the GT42 it will support your HP needs and then some. Big blue mis-read your post i am guessing. For fueling you going to need a modded injection pump with DV, bigger injectors, LP to move all that fuel. Call up haisley or TS performance those guys can help you out and get you what you need.

I am in the hp range you are talking about with my truck. A bench tuned 215 will easily supply enough fuel. I have a p-pump converted motor in mine but a 12v will do it just as well. Cam, a bit of porting, around 20 deg's of timing, good fuel supply to the pump and air. I'm running twins, but a single will do it too, just be a bit more lag. It doesn't have to be a smoking monster either.
