11 psi is ok, not great, but ok, but if you are pulling it down past 6-8 at any point she is ready for a new one.

Mine was @ 10-11psi and the flow was out of specs for DC, so they replaced the lift pump, then the VP44.

Well I took the family for a drive last night to get soem ice cream and half way there we start smelling deisel, I for got to tighten the line at the guage, ##%^^%# and I had everything ran and all put together ^$**%&* had to pull it all apart. Maybe I should have test drove it first, but who ever thought of the shut off valve THANKS! that keep the wife from nagging me the whole way
All the quage work great lots of fun to watch while driving, hard to watch the road and not the little needles next is the edge comp, I am really excited to see how that one come out and the performance gains I will get. Thanks for all the help hook that crap up.

Be careful, after the Comp you'll get injectors, then turbo, then another turbo for twins, then a stage3 head with studs and o-rings and full-on (add any trans vendor name) race trans... 700hp and ALL SMILES!!!
Just a side note for the Comp, if you have time, get a Blue Chip or BD VP44 cover for the injector pump connection. Much better than tapping or soldering in that tight space, IMHO. ...and ground the Comp to the neg battery terminal, not the intake horn (from personal experience!)
