fuel milage
I just took a 1000 mile round trip, all highway. I averaged 19.2 mpg on the first tankful, did the math by hand. My mods are in my sig. This was all highway miles running the cruise control at about 70 mph
I am NOT running any kind of box or computer at all.
1999 QC Short Bed, 4x4 5-speed, afe workhorse intake, RV275 injectors, 4" Magnaflow exhaust, Vulcan big line relocation kit(carter pump for now)
Tires are fairly aggressive Mastercraft Courser's 285/75r16. I know they are oversize, but I'm a math geek and I did all the math to figure in the odometer error on my mileage
I do not know my gear ratio, I haven't bothered to look it up, but my glove box stick says my rear axle code is "M"
just my $0.02

There's a lot more parasitic loss at higher RPM.
