fuel milage
intake, exhaust, fuel mileage chip, propane, quick spooling turbo with low egts, keep your foot out of it, no black smoke, lower the truck, block the grill off (its like a parachute), high psi in your tires, skinny non treaded tires, lower gears.... lots of stuff to do. more will chime in..

Small super atomizing fuel injectors, fold in your mirrors, tape cardboard to your wheels to cover up the lugs or center caps. Run a higher temp thermostat. Bed cover, draft behind semi trucks, add used engine oil to tank...one free gallon of fuel.
I'd think twice before using used oil.
A larger exhaust will help, as will a better paper air filter (BHAF is a good idea).
Those 35" Cooper S/Ts aren't helping mpg at all, but you know that.
Tire pressure should be on the upper range of what you need to run.
Some small EDMs are great mileage injectors. I put some M1s in a friend's truck and he's getting 21-23 on the hwy with his HO (he also has an EZ). Not bad for a 4x4.
I'd recommend a quad XZT+, some small EDM injectors (under 80hp), decent intake and exhaust, and a very light right foot.

what's you're gear ratio...4:10, 3:73, 3:55? This makes a big diff also.
With 4:10 gears my guess is no matter what you do your mileage won't be over 16mpg. All good points made but the cheapest option is to slow down and change your driving habits....yea, it's hard for me to do this also. Especially if your trucks bombed.

They are all the same. Just depends on what other features or power levels you want/need.
Basically the M3 is the lowest barrier to entry and has the least features/power. Xzt+ adds a towing setting as well as high idle. Adrenaline adds pretty much anything you could imagine.

Mods in my sig I just filled up and averaged a hand calculated number of 17.5 mpg. I am starting too wonder if my vp is going out just seemed underpowered tonight with only 1000lbs in the bed. Either I need too give the fuel filter canister a good scrubbing and re change the fuel filter I just don't know about this new filter from genos.

Change your IAT sensor that helps.
I was getting 15-16 and is now geting 16-17, ive got something else wrong though because i use to get 18-19 but that was also during the summer (Different fuel, different tires)

I would think an Edge EZ or comparable tuner, and a 4 inch exhaust would do the trick. Skinny tires aired up to max will help. I get 18 to 19 MPG now with a stock 01 CTD/6speed manual. I have a Vanakken that puts out more power, but I leave it off as it costs me about 1 MPG. I have thought about trading it out for an EZ or simular tuner.
I'd go for the Quadzilla XZT+ and the Mach 1s if it were mine. Heck I may even have an American made Edge EZ for sale before too long as I'm planning on running the XZT+ with my TST Comp in place of the EZ.
