fuel line routing for gauge

i am putting a fuel pressure gauge on a 2001 ram 2500 ctd with auto trans. it is going to be located on the steering colum with the one gauge mount setup from dieselmanor. i am hoping some one can help with the best place to go through the firewall into the cab with the line for the gauge, and from there to the gauge to make a nice looking setup. thanks larry

There is a rubber plug where the clutch linkage would come though the firewall on a manual. Just cut a slit in it and push your hose though.

That's where I put my wires and FP gauge hose through too. I then ran it up behind the e-brake linkage, past the in cab fuse panel, and up to the pillar. I removed my headlight switch unit to route, but you can just run over to the steering column for your FP gauge.
Very easy to do, just make sure the line is secure and can't chaff or pinch on anything.
