I bought some aftermarket control arms to accept the airbags better on my truck, however they sent me 94-00 arms which appearantly don't fit the 02 when I got it togeather my tire looks like this on the driver side from the front " / " leaning way out so the lower is to short and the upper is to long so im in a bit of a boat here. They say they won't take the wrong arms back after 30 days. Well I ordered em early because I didn't know how long they would take to build. So what should I do? I just want a replacement.

 

did you pay for them w/a credit card? if so, dispute it with the card company and tell the control arm company that you did so. tell them they need to pick up the wrong control arms, or at least send them back (freight collect) and i would suggest dealing with a different company that takes care of thier customers. that seems to be a safety issue that they should be going out of thier way to take care of. you may also see if they have a tech there that can maybe shed some light on the issue.

 

Thanks J they are taking em back now but who know if I will ever see them or my money again.
