Floormats
Floormats
I know all you guys don't have the factory floor mats in your trucks to make the carpet look like crap, so what are you guys using. I had Husly Liners in my old Chevy, and they fit good but didn't stay put and down very well, so what do you guys recommend? Catch-All or something.
I'm using Weathertech mats in all of my vehicles.

Fox Weatherboots are hands down the best floormat I have ever used. They are hard plastic with a carpet cover and they are formed to the contour of the floor. They also have a ton more protection that any other floormat I have seen.
Since I have installed these I have never had a spec of mud, snow, slush, or water come in contact with the OEM carpet. I pull them out every time I wash the truck, hose them down, and throw them back in looking like new.

Just saw these advertised on TV today:
Don't know how good they are, but they look cool with the diamond tread aluminum plate in them. They can be found on the DeeZee Website
(FWIW: I am using Husky Liners front and rear in my 2nd gen. Ram and they don't slide at all).

I just bought Huskey Liners & I like them. Mine seems to stay in place. They have sharp prong type grabers on the back that seem to grab into the carpet. No problems so far & I like the fact that if I spill coffee or a soda its not going to make it to the carpet. They are a 3 piece, covers over the hump & form fitted.

If you live in a part of the country where is snows you will really like them. There is no more of the melted snow sloshing around in the floormat or getting all over the carpet of the vehicle. The snow melts and the water is channeled right out the door by the contour of the floormat.
I forgot to mention they do not move around at all. The fit the contour of the floorboard so well there is no place for them to move. Not to mention the have a vlecro strip that attached to the molding near the door.

I passed up a couple trucks without A/C, and now I hardly use mine.
I have the catchall mats both front and back. They live up to the name. Most floormats don't have the turned up edges and allow all the dirt to just run off the side of the mat. Not the catch all. When mine gets a lot of dirt and gravel on them, I just pull them out and dump it. I am amazed at how clean the carpet is when I pull one out. Even around the edges, you know how the carpet next to the door jam is always covered. These mats do the job.

Just installed the new Catch-All Extreme one piece front floor mat. Covers the entire carpet area, including the center hump. Doesn't move around at all and is easy to pull out and clean. Photo attached.
