We wondered about that, but I made a pressure tester a while back and we put it on the other day, and at 35psi I didnt hear anything from the intercooler, so I think it is fine. I dont really think he has any boost leaks. I do think it should be making more like 60psi though
I am also anxious to see how much power it is making. I thinkhe is gonna run it through the 1/4 at Bowling Green this weekend, so we should have an idea by that. Its really hard to tell just riding in it, but it does feel stout. We are hoping it will run 12's, but we will just have to wait and see.

Sweet truck Josh. Gotta love that huge single stack!!!! How many retorques do you have on that new head?????
I got mine on this weekend. What a death-march. Seemed like it took forever. I'm not brave enough to jump on it yet. That's one job I don't want to have to do again. So far, no leaks!
Congrats on the truck. I'd love to see what kind of numbers it will run.

I dont really think the fueling is a problem... He can roll into the throttle, and she still gets hot, but it does spool really good in my opinion. I dont know why it is only making 50psi, but we will work on it, and see what the deal is.

I just talked to Dave at HTT and he suggested that i bring my timing back down to 17 or 18. Im not sure about that tho. I figure if i advanced my timing then that would bring the power on later in the rpms correct? The more RPMs the more air the turbo is moving. I think if anything i need to advance it a few degrees instead of retard it. He also suggested backing the fuel off a bit to see if that changed anything.
