Fass/Vulcan questions

What is the difference between the small fass that just looks like the fuel pump and the other one with the pump on top mounted horizontally with the 2 filters below it?
Does vulcan make a big line kit that doesn't move the transfer pump, and how effective is that kit? We are in salt country, and I don't want it on the frame rail. Thanks

FASS is (Fuel Air Seperator System) this is with the filters! The fuel pump without the filters is just a pump, FASS II. Both the FASS and FASS II come with big line kit!
The pump should be mounted as close to the fuel tank as possible! Salt will get on the pump no matter where it's mounted! Engine or frame.

So both the FASS 1&2 come with the big line kit? Is it the kit that replaces the banjo bolts too? Thanks

Yes they come with everything for a complete installation. I have a pdf file with installation instruction from DPP the makers of the FASS system. Let me know if you need it and I will send you a copy. It has a parts breakdown included. We can get you the pump or system too if you need.
