FASS question

I am thinking about going to the 95gph fass system (complete system with filters). I have a vulcan 1/2 relo kit installed already and really like it. I was wondering if anybody has done this or is this not possible? (or, is it talk to Eric kind of deal)

I want to keep my existing system in place and just remove the POS carter lift pump from the bracket. I want to install the FASS system and use my current fuel line setup. I want to keep my current electrical system in place, but unplug it and install the fass electric system.

By doing this, I feel if the FASS failed or needed an upgrade, I can reinstall my carter fuel pump and drive on down the road.

My truck is a daily driver and used to drag the trailer for camping trips and I really don't want to carry an extra fass setup as a spare. I know most people feel the fass is the final solution and I want to be on of those people, but the carter pump has done me wrong too many times.

Any and all feedback is welcomed!!

Joe

When I bought my FASS it came with 3/8 line. So you will have to get the fittings for the 1/2 line. And there is a return line from the pump it self that goes back to the tank that you will have to deal with.

I am sure you will get more info soon.

I thinking I could use my 3/8" fuel line that is in place to connect to the input of the FASS system. ?????

Keep 'em coming,
